RiverWood Bank Launches New Website

We are excited to announce the launch of our newly designed RiverWood.bank website! The transition to “dot bank” provides an additional layer of security over traditional .com websites.

*ACTION* You will be automatically redirected to our new website on November 13. Please bookmark this new site for easy access.

Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking Transition

The transition begins Thursday, November 9. Access will be VIEW ONLY from Thursday through Sunday, November 12. Activity will not be updated after Thursday and no transfers can be made during this time. You will be able to view your balances, history, images, and statements (as of November 9).

*ACTION* On Monday, November 13, your initial log in at RiverWood.bank will require a password reset. Download our new Mobile Banking App!


Online and Mobile Banking: Updated access begins November 13

Username: If you are already enrolled in online/mobile banking, you will use your existing username.

Password: Your initial password for first time log in will be the last four digits of your SSN. Contact us with questions.


Telephone Banking: Updated access begins November 13

You will be prompted to setup a new PIN when calling Telephone Banking at 800-749-9606.


Bill Payments

Great news—your Bill Pay information will automatically transition to our new online banking system!

To accommodate the transition, Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning November 3. All bill payments scheduled (including future dated and recurring) will be transferred.

Starting Monday, November 13, you may access and schedule payments in Online Banking. When a payment is scheduled, the process date selected will be the date funds are withdrawn from your account.

*ACTION* We encourage you to write down details of your scheduled/pending bill payments for verification purposes.

Other Important Information

External Transfers
External accounts and transfers in online/mobile banking will need to be re-established on or after November 13.

Card Controls and Account Alerts
We are pleased to share that we will continue to offer these important fraud prevention tools. We encourage you to set up card controls and account alerts in online or mobile banking on or after November 13.


Deposit Account Information

Account Numbers and Debit Cards
All account and debit card numbers will remain the same. You may continue using your existing checks and debit cards.

Account Statements
With our system transition, a short statement for all checking and savings accounts will be produced on November 9. After that date, statements will be produced on the 24th or end of the month, depending on the account type.

Your first statement from our new system will be produced on either November 24 or November 30. Current eStatement enrollments will continue. 

Prior eStatements will not be immediately available in online/mobile banking. If you require access to previous statements, please download and save before November 9. Our bank's team is also available to assist with obtaining copies of previous statements, as necessary.

Attention QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users
RiverWood is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, November 13th, 2023, and this upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

Conversion instructions are available below.

The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: Friday, November 10th, 2023
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: Monday, November 13th, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Cash management users - business online banking is unavailable from 11/9 at 4pm through 11/13

First Login on or after November 13

Your username will remain unchanged, but you will be prompted to establish new
login credentials. Logging in has never been easier or more secure, thanks to our
multi-factor authentication system. Say goodbye to hard or soft tokens and say
hello to a streamlined login experience!

Remote Deposit Capture

All deposits are required to be completed by 4pm on November 9. After 4pm,
Remote Deposit Capture will be unavailable until November 13.

ACH

ACH files submitted on or before Wednesday, November 8, will be processed.
Consider processing payroll using Thursday, November 9, or Monday,
November 13, as the file effective date.

  • Submit file by Wednesday, November 8, for processing on Thursday, November 9.
  • Submit file by Thursday, November 9, for processing on Monday, November 13.

We encourage you to save your ACH file information for verification purposes.

Positive Pay

We will assist you with processing Positive Pay on Friday, November 10.

Wires

Wires can be processed by contacting a RiverWood Banker on Friday,
November 10. Wire access will resume on Monday, November 13.
